Vanilla Cake....in liquid form...

Last night I got in a great cardio workout that I put together for some of my clients.  It kicked my butt so I know they are going to love it.  I love interval training and doing spurts of hard work. I feel like it keeps my mind attentive to the workout, I work harder, and I get a super super sweat going on. 

Okay, I have said this before, but I am really going to be better at posting what I ate during the day.  My first attempt. Yesterday's eats:
M1:  Protein Shake with frozen banana, coconut oil, 1tblsp of natural almond butter

M2:  Cottage Cheese with blueberries, granola

M3: Spring Mix salad with mustard tuna salad, sweet potatoes, mixed fruit

M4: Apple with 1 tablespoon of natural Peanut Butter
 
M5: (This is my leftover for lunch for today) Forgot to take picture last night while trying to get the munchkins fed.  It was a quick, nothing special dinner, with grilled chicken breast and broccoli. 

I lifted weights and di some cardio after the boys were in bed and drank my first glass of GNC's #eggprotein I won .  Vanilla Cake is the flavor.  It was literally like drinking a cake, and it was so good.  I can't wait to put together some dessert recipes with this...YUMMO!!!

There you have it, pretty laid back day.  Working on Vlog #3.  During the week vlogging is easy, we will see what the weekend brings when I have family in town and we are running around like crazy.
