What I ate Wednesday

Started off my morning with a little "Jackie" at crossfit this morning...

50 Thrusters
30 Pull Ups

As you know pull ups are the bane of my existence....I hate them, loathe them...but if I can do kipping pullups then I am okay with them...which we could today, so I hammered out the first set of 10 kipping style and without any bands...the next two sets of 10, however were not so pretty,  I had to use the lightest resistance band but still was able to do kipping
