Weekly Workouts

While I have been slacking with recapping my workouts, my workouts in no way have been slacking.  I can't tell you how much I LOVE CROSSFIT.  They combine strength and cardio and I still love the adrenaline rush I get from putting up some heavy weights or getting through a tough AMRAP. 







I follow CrossfitCLE box on the WODBOX App. I like to mix it up following them and putting together my own crossfit workouts. 

What is your favorite crossfit movement?

I really enjoyed the push jerks today, but I do love me some KB Swings, and Burpee Pull Ups, and Rowing, and I will stop now...I have a lot of favorites I guess.
